When must I pay lesson fees?

You must pay each month's fees within the first week of that month.

How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your bills by either check, cash or Zelle. Checks should be made  payable to Maitrayee Suketu Patel LLC. In the check/Zelle memo, please include the month of lessons you are paying for.

If I miss a class, do I have to pay for it?"

Accepted Answer

If I cancel the class, I will make every effort to reschedule it. If I am unable to reschedule, I will give you a partial refund of that month's fees.
However, if you miss a class, you are still responsible for paying the full month's fees, and no refund will be given.

Is the school open all year round?

No. During the week of Diwali, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, I do not hold classes. I also cancel classes when there is a great deal of snow.

Question 5

What is the enrollment fee for?

Accepted Answer

When you enroll, I will provide you with a book of notes that you need for the class. The enrollment fee covers the cost of this book.

Question 6

What if I miss a whole month of classes?

Accepted Answer

If you intend on missing a whole month of classes, please let me know in advance. If you do so, you will not have to pay any fees for that month.

What is the difference between group and private lessons?

Accepted Answer

Group lessons are only offered on Sundays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Group lessons are best for beginners starting out in their music journey.
Private lessons are customized to fit into your schedule. These are best for more experienced students who wish to develop their skills further.
Group lessons cost $120, while private lessons cost $160.
